We want you to feel completely confident shopping with Confortá-la. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow strict hygiene standards to keep you safe.
Returns:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used intimate products, including toys, lubricants, or personal care items.
We can only accept returns if:
- The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@confortala.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method once the return is approved. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to cancel and refund your order.
Discreet Packaging:
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. The sender details will simply display “Fulfilment Team.”
