Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Confortala. These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (“the customer”) and us (“Confortala,” “we,” “our,” “us”) when you purchase products from our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Availability

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

Occasionally, products may vary slightly from images shown due to supplier or packaging changes.

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

3. Backorders

Some products may be available on backorder. This means the item is temporarily out of stock but can still be purchased.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering to reserve your item.

We will provide an estimated dispatch date and keep you updated if this changes.

If you no longer wish to wait, you may cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch.

If we are unable to supply your backorder within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund.


4. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted once full payment has been received.

Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider. We do not store payment details.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3-5 days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To request a return, contact us at info@takegoodcare.co.uk Items must be returned unused, sealed, and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.

Certain products (e.g., intimate items, lubricants, or products that cannot be resold for hygiene/safety reasons once opened) are exempt from returns unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your consumer rights.

8. Personalised Messages & Gift Wrapping

If you choose to add a personalised message or gift wrap at checkout, please ensure wording is appropriate. We reserve the right to decline messages that are offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise unsuitable.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.

All content, including images and text, is the property of Confortala/Take Good Care Ltd and may not be copied without permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
