At Confortá-la, we want your shopping experience to be simple, stress-free, and discreet. We offer free delivery options within the UK and ensure all packages arrive in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy.

Discreet Packaging:
- All orders are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes or envelopes with no indication of the contents.
- The return address label will display “Fulfilment Team” to protect your privacy.

UK Delivery:
We currently ship throughout the UK with free standard delivery on all orders.
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days (Free)
- Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days (£4.95)
- Next-Day Delivery: Available if ordered before 1pm (from £6.95)

International Delivery:
At this time, we only ship within the UK. We plan to expand to international shipping soon—sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when this becomes available.

Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase.

Signature Upon Delivery:
Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage charges may apply to resend your package.
